How do I order?
Add pieces to your bag and send the order to us on WhatsApp. We confirm stock, shipping cost and payment details before anything is dispatched.
Is Nugu dinnerware safe for everyday use?
Yes. Every piece is durable stoneware with food-safe glazes. It is microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe, and Nugu Handmade is TÜV SÜD certified.
What is Nugu stoneware made of?
100% natural materials. Our stoneware is 100% vegan, with no bone ash or any other animal-derived ingredient.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand, so small variations in colour, speckling and shape are natural and make each one unique.
How should I care for it?
Avoid sudden temperature changes, like moving a piece from the freezer straight into a hot oven. Let it come to room temperature first.
Returns and refunds
